Adam Juan is a record producer and dj from Leeds, England. After 7 years in the trade Adam Juan has been quietly making his way to stardom and is set to take the house scene by storm this year. His style? A mindblowing fusion of energetic house music and deep grooves, he strives for originality & creativity and is always looking for new ways to stand out from the rest.
After being influenced by the UK garage scene in his youth, and later developing a love for house and trance, Adam attended the Leeds college of Music studying music technology and radio broadcasting. This led to him landing his ukg show on Leeds number one underground station “Radio Frequency FM” playing a mixture of U.k garage & house.
Since then, Adam’s musical taste has matured along with his track record. He’s spent the last few years racking up sets at Leeds finest venues including Mint club, Mission, Stinky’s & The Warehouse to name just a few.
His productions have received HUGE acclaim, with support from some of the inustries top artists and dj’s. His track “Believe has been used by international clUb “papaya” (dj mag top 100 #32) for a series of promotional videos & other tracks such as “Aether” has been supported by Commercial radio dj “Steve Turnbull” on Cool FM 97.4
He has also recently completed an official remix for Richard Dinsdales “Left in Africa” which is sure to be smashing the clubs this summer! He is also set to release his remix of Alex Simmons club smasher “Katie” and has been asked to remix for John Dahlbäck. Also catch his 1st “official” mix cd “Club Collective Vol 1″ which is now available for free download.
Despite boasting quite a commendable list of achievements such as holding a residency at prestegeous club nights “Locodisco” @ Mint club & “Sequence” @ The Warehouse not to mention a string of confirmed releases for the start of the coming year Adam has only been playing under this alias (Adam Juan) for a year. (also a refelction of his time as a hosue music dj since his change over from the ukg scene)
Juan is set to BLOW UP in 2012 with massive interest from major players from Leeds’ and beyond. You can catch him inspiring your ears through the airwaves on Radio Frequency FM each and every Monday 10pm-12 GMT (11pm- 1 CET)-

When we stumbled across the music of Adam Juan on soundcloud our ears pricked up and his name was firmly cemented into our heads. Young, fresh and extremely passionate not only about his music but the Leeds clubbing scene too. We believe this kid has all the right ingredients and attitude to make a name for himself around the UK and it wont be long before he’s knocking on the international door.
